How Does It Work?
We understand the importance and delicate nature of the material we are working with. That is why our goal, from the moment you place your order until you open your package, is for you to feel the respect we have for what you’ve placed in our care. We strive to make the process as clear as possible and to communicate as each stage is completed. We are also available via email or phone to address any questions or concerns.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will then process the order and ship an ash kit that will contain instructions, packaging materials and a return shipping label. USPS is the only legal method of shipping cremated remains domestically or internationally.

Providing Cremated Remains

Production
You will receive notification when your loved one’s ashes have been received at our facility. Please allow six to eight weeks for production. If you have any questions or would like an update on the status of your order, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Delivery
Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. A signature will be required upon delivery due to the priceless value of your order. Please arrange for someone to be present at the address specified on the order. If a delivery address needs to be updated for delivery, please contact us via phone or email.
